3D printing and its application in primary and secondary schools
(3DPrintInSchools)

You are on a page that presents the results of the TAČR project (TL03000425). In collaboration with Y Soft, we have created publicly available lessons, tools and methodology that you can find on these pages. We have prepared everything in such a way that you can incorporate 3D printing into your teaching without much preparation. The same content is also available through the BE3D Academy portal.

The goal of the project "3D printing and its application in primary and secondary schools" is to use the potential of 3D printing to increase the quality of the educational process and then to increase the level of education of teachers and students in this area in order to increase their pedagogical and didactic competences.

3D printing offers a huge pedagogical potential, which is currently not used primarily due to the absence of available high-quality methodological materials. We have created a methodology that shows educators how to apply 3D printing in schools and how to effectively include it in teaching. We demonstrated the possibilities of technology in specific selected areas by creating new didactic aids - "by teachers for teachers".

You can find out on these pages whether we have created quality, generally applicable content for 3D printing technology with a primary focus on teaching support, which will have a guaranteed educational added value. In case of questions, the solving team is at your disposal.

This project is supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (Project No. TL03000425).
